Can you resize any of your items?
Some, but not all items can be resized to fit. Please reach out to us via the email provided on our site to inquire about which item you are looking to be resized.
How long will it take to receive the item I purchased?
Please allow 2 to 3 days of processing. Shipping times after processing are entirely dependent on the service we use.
I am having a problem with my order?
If you are having an issue with the ordering process, please reach out to us at ksmgemsstudio@gmail.com with details and screenshots if possible for your order. If you are experiencing an issue that seems like the order is hanging, just click your mouse anywhere in the main screen to remove what seems to be a hanging issue. Also check your account to see if the order was processed. We are working on resolving some small issues but rest assured that the most likely scenario is that your order was processed.
